An entrepreneur by heart, Jean-Michel created breakthrough innovations. As a true visionary leader, with his innovative thinking and bold initiatives he implemented innovation throughout his whole career.
Jean-Michel started his career at IBM, working directly with TELCO Division President in Raleigh North Carolina, USA.
Returning to France, he created a start-up Cycnos in 1991, through which he delivered the very first internet browser to connect to the documentary database for the military in France and helped many end-users connect and search for information effortlessly. This breakthrough successful implementation of the browser in France has led Jean Michel’s team to create QWAM systems to provide browsers to the wide public.
During this time, he had successfully partnered with IBM to penetrate the French market with UNIX AIX competencies. In 2004, he endeavoured to expand his activities again as a partner of IBM to help them to create the very first Delivery Center in CEE, in Brno, Czech Republic, and created NATEK. With NATEK, he saw the company’s purpose to support international customers in accelerating their IT systems from then developing CEE region. Under his leadership, NATEK has experienced rapid growth and developed strong competencies in maintaining SAP systems, network operations, end-user services, infrastructure, and software development.
Jean-Michel was a graduate of a Master’s program in engineering from the Arts et Métiers ParisTech school as well as a holder of the MBA title from HEC Paris.
